THIS WAS THE 2026 HILLBILLY OPEN —
OUR SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE.

Hillbilly Open is our international golf and culture series, bringing together ambitious amateurs, creators, entrepreneurs and industry insiders for one weekend on the same fairways.

80 players. 10 teams. Two days of golf, food, music and everything around it.

  • Team Vibecaddy’s international creators were part of the weekend from start to finish. Not just there to post, but to play, hang out and become part of Hillbilly Open.

  • Beyond the invited creators, 70 spots were opened to ambitious amateurs, creatives, entrepreneurs and industry insiders. No hierarchy, no separate fields — everyone sharing the same fairways.

  • Friday started with an 18-hole practice round, followed by the main tournament on Saturday. 80 players, 10 teams and four two-person scrambles per team.

  • The weekend didn’t stop at the 18th hole. Friday ended with an opening party featuring TGUT, Saturday with the awards dinner — with plenty happening in between.

  • On-course food by Philipp Rachinger, dinners, drinks and hospitality were as much a part of Hillbilly as the golf itself. Because the weekend was built around everything that happens around the game, too.

Our goal: To see how far we could push a traditional golf tournament without changing the game itself. We kept the golf serious and rebuilt everything around it — from who we invited and how the course looked to handmade signage, branded leather tags and Mai Tais straight from gas cans.

Hillbilly Open is going international. What started in the Austrian Alps is growing into a series of events in new places, bringing together creators, brands and communities around a new side of golf. As the game is opening up to a new generation, there’s a lot of space to shape what comes next — for creators to tell new stories and for brands to become part of a culture that’s only getting started.
